Schooner II owners, family, friends and guests,
We’re excited about the direction of our resort and looking forward to a great 2026.
For any interested party, we still have some great inventory available. Ask about special pricing for our owners and their family members. We are currently low on high red 2 bedroom inventory, so if you have ever thought of selling it’s a good time to consider doing so now.
Also, there are a lot of new developments with Resort Condominiums International (RCI), including guaranteed lowest pricing on hotels, extra weeks for as low as $308, and the popular new trading credits program that offers way more flexibility when exchanging your week. Owners oftentimes move up in season, get larger units, get more than one week and stay during high demand holidays. High season owners can now trade for multiple weeks in shoulder and off seasons.
We will be glad to do a quick, informative RCI workshop in person or over the phone. We have set aside time on Wednesday mornings in the 2 nd floor owner’s lounge for a group workshop. Based on demand, it will be held at 10 am. Everyone, including family, friends and exchange guests are welcome to attend. Also, we will be glad to answer any of your sales or deeding questions. Make sure to call us or let the front desk know you’ll be there so we can plan accordingly.

To be eligible, must own blue or white week
Three extra stays per year, per blue or white week (on availability).
A bonus stay is for 5 nights, Sunday – Thursday nights. (15 nights total)
Booking window, 14 days or less in advance.
The charge for each stay is $85 plus tax for a 1 bedroom and $95 plus tax for a 2 bedroom.
